LASAGNE BOLOGNA
A luxury lasagne with a classical Italian filling of prime minced beef, tomatoes and Mediterranean herbs,
topped with creamy bechamel sauce and grated cheese.

CLASSIC FARMHOUSE PIE
An old traditional recipe of prime minced beef braised with carrots, onions, leeks, mushrooms
and celery spiced with a little chilli and paprika.
Topped with slices of potato and a thick creamy cheese sauce.

STEAK & STOUT
Prime peices of steak braised until tender in a dark rich stout sauce with onions, carrots,
mushrooms and herbs. Can be served as a casserole or pie.

BEEF STROGANOFF
Strips of lean beef gently cooked with cream, sliced onions, sweet paprika and wine,
garnished with sliced mushrooms.

BEEF MADRAS
Lean pieces of prime beef simmered in a profusion of spices and herbs to give that deep hot flavour of India.

CHUNKY STEAK & VEGETABLE CASSEROLE
Prime chunks of steak cooked in a rich dark sauce with potatoes and a profusion of vegetables
flavoured with herbs and topped with two traditional dumplings.

THREE MUSTARD BEEF
Tender pieces of steak braised in a rich creamy sauce flavoured with a trio of French, Dijon and
course grain mustard garnished with sliced mushrooms and onions.

PORTOBELLO STEAK
Tender pieces of rump steak braised in a rich tarragon and red wine sauce with sliced onions and mushrooms.

FILLET STEAK & MUSHROOM WELLINGTON
A prime fillet steak topped with a fusion of mushrooms and pate spiked with brandy,
and individually wrapped in a puff pastry case.

CANNELLONI BOLOGNAISE
Three sheets of pasta filled with a traditional bolognaise sauce, rolled into
tubes and smothered in a meaty bolognaise sauce.

BEEF & WILD MUSHROOM PALETTA
A blend of prime beef, sliced shiitake mushrooms, coarse grain mustard, fresh parsley and
spices, bound together and lightly crumbed. Ideal served with one of our sauces.
Serve one as a starter or two as a main.
