Juggs operates a full HACCP (Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Points) system and its processes and products are accredited to the British Retail Consortium Technical Standard, thus they are produced to the same food safety standards as those available in all of the country's leading supermarkets.
All our suppliers of raw ingredients have been approved by the EEC and are regularly audited by our own fully integrated technical team at Jugg Foods. We are able to analyse all our ingredients and production runs ensuring that we exceed your expectations and that of your customers for quality food.
All members of our staff regularly attend training sessions
to ensure that our standards are maintained to the highest level. All training
sessions and food handling certifications meet with and in the majority of
cases, exceed the government guidelines, and are done in house by a fully qualified
member of our technical team
